Anti-warp conveyor

Supporting Conveyor to prevent the PCB from warping down by reflow-heat.


Manual-Type

• The position of the chain that supported by the PCB can be set up manually by the handle. When Anti-warp rail is not used, it can put under the fixed rail.
Automatic -Type

• The position that registered in the PCB pro-gram can adjusted the width degree of the conveyor and movement at the same time.
　　

Insert gear

Supporting Unit to make the PCB, particularly small size one, smoothly to transport-in and out with another machine. It is equipped at entrance and exit of the reflow machine.

Dual conveyor

Conveyor Unit to transport the PCB in 2 lines.



• Type-I
  　　Center Side : Fixed Rail
  　　Both Side : Movement Rail
  　　Same conveyor's width, speed adjustment.


• Type-II
  　　Center Side : Movement Rail
  　　Both Sides : Fixed Rail
  　　The conveyor's width and the speed of the 2 rails can be adjusted individually.


　　

Net conveyor

Conveyor Unit to transport the PCB that are long size one and the different size PCB in one lot.

Monthly timer

Timer to start the reflow-operation at advanced setting. It works for reducing the preparation loss time.

Characteristics
• ・It's easy to set the operation-start time, including public holidays, for two months.
  ・The start-up time can be set two in one day such as two shift operation.
  ・Holiday-setting and the start-up time setting can be made in a time.
