- The design is according to the characteristic of flux and air flow inside the heating chamber Large-scale cooling unit in flux recovery unit. It was equipped as standard (2 units).

- Entrance side with cooling unit to ensure temperature less then 100°C. To prevent flux stick on heater, a formula cooling unit was installed on the bottom side.
